Since 2016, the Baltic Institute of Finland had the pleasure to lead S34Growth, a project working for the the renewal of Europe’s industry and its competitiveness. Before its official closure in spring 2020, S34Growth developed ten Regional Action Plans with the main aim of making the structural fund policy instruments more innovative and interregional in the future.
