As part of the TraCS3 project, the Council of Tampere Region and the Baltic Institute of Finland have developed a Regional Action Plan that focuses on affecting regional ERDF calls (in Finnish “EAKR-haut”) and improving the governance of innovation ecosystems in Tampere region.
