This week, the Baltic Institute of Finland has the pleasure of hosting international guests in the framework of PLASTIX, an Interreg Europe PLASTIX co-funded project that focuses on recycling, reusing and replacing plastics.
Partners from Italy, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden will spend three days in Tampere getting to know the city and the region. They will meet, for instance, representatives of the Council of Tampere Region, the City of Tampere, Business Tampere, Tampere University, Tampere Region Municipal Waste Management Company, and VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, and ELY Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment.
