“Lakesperience – Explore the Nordic-Baltic lakes” is a cooperation project between lake regions from Tampere (Finland), Linköping (Sweden), Tartu (Estonia) and Burtnieku (Latvia). It aims to develop lake tourism services and products for the German market. In Tampere the project is implemented by Visit Tampere, Ecofellows and the Baltic Institute of Finland (Lead Partner).
A joint Nordic-Baltic Lake Trails – marketing message will be created during the project for marketing the lake areas and related services located at the lake trails especially for German tourists. The Lake Trails -tourism products and services will be developed in local workshops in cooperation with the lake tourism companies.
The product development workshops for lake tourism companies in each partner location take place in autumn 2018 and spring 2019. The kickoff workshop in Tampere was organised on 15 May 2018. Find more information about the project here.
