VBN InnoReg study tour to Finland was organized
on 4-6 October 2006
VBN InnoReg study tour provided practical and comparable outlook on Finnish practises and organizations related to innovation promotion in the cities of Tampere, Seinäjoki and Espoo. Among others, it gave overview how the technology centres in different Finnish cities were established and how they have developed and gained their position in the regional innovation system.
The study tour to Finland was organized for the VBN InnoReg project partners and other innovation actors in the partner regions. Partners from Finland, Germany, Latvia and Lithuania including high-level authorities from Kaunas region participated in this study tour. |
