Local coordinators
The Baltic Institute of Finland is the project's lead partner and is responsible for project design, management and reporting. The National Board of Patents and Registration of Finland, Hermia Business Development Ltd and Papula-Nevinpat Ltd will provide the highest level IPR expertise in Finland.
The City of St. Petersburg acts as a key partner in Russia in cooperation with the State Unitary enterprise St. Petersburg Information and Analytical Centre and the Baltic Research Center in St. Petersburg, the latter being the local executing agency coordinating the Russian activities. Gorodissky & Partners, the premier intellectual property firm in Russia, provides the project with top-level IPR expertise in Russia.
The Danish Patent and Trademark Office under the Danish Ministry for Economic and Business Affairs coordinates all Danish activities.
Leading Finnish, Danish, and Russian experts from the customs office, prosecutor’s office and other relevant IPR experts will also be involved in the project implementation.
