WorkPlace Pirkanmaa project influences in strategic level and in practice.

The project influences to higher education institutes´ international service processes designed for employers and international students.  In real life the project will arrange ao.:

- CV and job seeking workshops

- Brunch seminars for international students and employers

- Forums for employers

- campaings which courage to use Finnish in everyday life situations

- service point for international students and employers.

In addition, the project will contibute to practical training and mentoring processes and participate in different career and recruitment fairs. The project does close cooperation with other related projects in Finland. All in all, the project pursues general change of attitude towards recruitment of skilled international labour.
