St. Petersburg Business Campus

The St. Petersburg Business Campus Benchlearning Network is a follow-up project for the Pietari Business Campus, Rekry Pietari and St. Petersburg InnoReg that were carried out during 2007−2009. St. Peterburg Business Campus is coordinated by the Baltic Institute of Finland in close collaboration with three Committees of the City of St. Petersburg. |
Project aims at
- introducing benchlearning methods as means for supporting the professional development of Russian speaking staff in the Finnish companies taking part in the project,
- creating sustainable partnership between the City of St. Petersburg, vocational institutes in St. Petersburg and the Finnish companies,
- providing the participating companies with high-quality and cost-effective training for their Russian speaking staff,
- enhancing cooperation and long-term partnership between employment offices in St. Petersburg and the participating companies to improve the recruitment process.
The project is co-financed by the Ministry of Employment and Trade of Finland.
