The partners represent local, regional and national authorities as well as science parks and technology centres.
1. The Baltic Institute of Finland (Lead Partner)

Council of Tampere Region (Finland) Project Steering Committee and Project Advisory GroupProject Steering Committee (PSC) that supervises the project implementation consists of representatives of the partner organisations. In addition to the PSC, the project has also nominated a Project Advisory Group (PAG). The PAG is represented by one decision-maker from each partner region. Being a channel to other relevant decision-makers of the partner regions, the role of the PAG is to provide political advise for the project.
