IV Annual International Conference, 29-30 September 2008 in Pskov

The project was presented by Ms Julia Lihhatsjova at IV Annual International Conference “Cross-border cooperation: The Russian Federation, The European Union and Norway”. The Conference took place on 29-30 September 2008 in Pskov. The main organizers of the conference were: Office of the Plenipotentiary Envoy of the President of the Russian Federation to the North-West Federal District and Ministry for Regional Development of the Russian Federation. Co-organizers: Nordic Council of Ministers, North-West Development and Investment Promotion Agency and Friedrich Ebert Foundation. The conference was of particular importance because it was carried out on the threshold of the Collegium of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation on the issues of cross-border cooperation, and recommendations of the participants of the conference were to be considered at the Collegium’s session. The project gathered lot of interest. The Baltic Institute of Finland received many proposals on cooperation in the field of IPR.
