Colisium 2008 music convention,
14 – 16 November 2008

On 14 – 16 November 2008 the project “Enhancing Intellectual Property Rights Competence and Cooperation in Russia (St. Petersburg), Finland, Denmark and Sweden” in cooperation with another project, “Klub Tampere”, coordinated by BIF, took part in Colisium 2008 music convention which was held in the club “Port” in St. Petersburg. Colisium consisted of 3 main parts: Expo, Panel discussions, Live shows. At the Colisium representatives from labels, agencies and companies operating in the music business from different cities and countries (Russia, Finland, Byelorussia, Ukraine) presented their products and services. The IPR project and Klub Tampere project had their own stand with project materials. IPR t-shirts, IPR flyers and IPR info leaflets were disseminated among the participants of the event. The IPR panel discussion took place on 15 November in the frame of Colisium. Ms Julia Lihhatsjova presented the project and answered the questions concerning the project activities. The award ceremony for the winners of poster competition took place. Ms Julia Lihhatsjova gave a short interview for the 100TV concerning the project activities.
