Enhancing Intellectual Property Rights Competence and Cooperation between Russia (St. Petersburg), Finland, Denmark and Sweden
The Baltic Institute of Finland coordinates Nordic-Russian cooperation on promoting intellectual property rights (IPR) and public awareness raising since 2005. This project is designed to enhance protection and enforcement of IPR, developing IPR education and raising public awareness in St. Petersburg through concrete and practical Nordic-Russian cooperation activities.
The project activities are focused to strengthen IPR capacities, knowledge and cooperation among SMEs, authorities, customs officials, law enforcement bodies,
students, teachers, researchers as well as civil society, young customers and copyrights holders.
The project is co-financed by the Nordic Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Employment and Trade of Finland.
