Baltic Innovation Policy MemorandumBased on various activities, the project consortium has worked on a policy framework paper on important issues among the BSR InnoReg regions. The Baltic Innovation Policy Memorandum entails recommendations to further enhance economic development and foster effective innovation support measures in the Baltic Sea region and to optimise the efficient use of regional resources.
