PROJECT SUMMARY
iBuy is a project dedicated to boosting innovation through public procurement. iBuy aims at developing innovative models suitable to mobilise public and private stakeholders on the basis of the ‘entrepreneurial discovery process’ linked to the research and innovation strategies for smart specialisation in the area of public procurement for innovation,
KEY MESSAGES
- The project will support the learning path of policy makers and main stakeholders to better implement their IPP programmes in efficient way.
- The project will support the implementation of the project partners´ policy instrument action plans.
- To improve the engagement of all actors, quadruple helix approach, for improving the policy instruments.
