Objectives Purpose is to influence to the society
so that the biodiversity of nature remains and the value of nature
is acknowledged. Nature League provides information, experiences and
activities as well as possibilities to influence
in environmental policy.

expertise: Organises nature camps for youth, environmental education
and forest protection.

Objectives To
promote a deeper undrstanding of controversial environmental
issues.
Areas of
expertise: Climate change, energy efficiency,
land-use, hindering desertification and loss of tropical
forests, raising of knowledge about central environmental problems
among the public.
Interested to cooperate in following areas: -
Cooperation in questions related to energy, especially promoting
development of renewable energy sources and preventing of risks
related to oil transports in the Baltic Sea - Traffic
problems - promoting sustainable urban planning and sustainable
ways of travelling - Consumption - awareness raising in
recycling, discussion about consumption habits - Exchange of
experiences by organising common forums and meetings
between active members of the organizations from neighbouring areas
of Finland.

Objectives To censerve nature in Finland and
outside the state borders by actively preserving natural areas and
protecting endangered flora and fauna. All activities are
implemented by concerning on the human aspect as well.
Areas of
expertise: Through the cooperation with WWF
International, common conservation programmes are set to all
individual national funds in the next target areas: Forests,
Seas, Freshwater, Endangered species, Climate change and Toxic. WWF
Finland especially emphasises on Forests and Seas.
Interested to cooperate in following areas: - Baltic Sea
protection - Freshwater areas - as these are important for
protection of indigenious species and rivers carry significant
amounts of nutrients to the sea area.

protection, human rights, social equality as well as peace and
democracy. To increase the possibilities of people to influence on
their own lives and environment.

expertise: Especially climate change, energy,
problems of globalisation.
Interested to cooperate in following areas: -
Protection of
forests and climate - Transport-related
problems - Exchange of experiences by organising common
campaigns, seminars, visits and camps.
