THE BALTIC INSTITUTE OF FINLAND

The Baltic Institute of Finland is an independent network organization established in 1994 to facilitate the launch of concrete cooperation projects within the Baltic Sea Region and in the EU. The Institute has a diverse cooperation and contact network and sound experience in management of international projects.

The Institute's activities materialize in concrete commercial, administrative, educational and cultural development projects. Additionally, the Institute organizes seminars and workshops dealing with topical issues concerning the Baltic Sea Region and the EU. The Institute also collects and distributes information about current trends and themes within the area.

The Institute is an essential part of the cooperation network which has emerged in the Baltic Sea Region during the 1990's. All our activities include significant partners from various countries around the Baltic Sea and from the EU.
