Finding Our Digital Voice: Governing in the Information Age was the opening keynote address given by Stephen Coleman, Cisco Visiting Professor of e-Democracy at the Oxford Internet Institute at the Crossing Boundaries National Conference in Ottawa in May 2003.

The address discusses the democratic deficit and possible contributions to its mitigation by new media.
