The Baltic Institute of Finland operates since 1994 as a non-profit organizaton acting in the form of a foundation. Our core activity is to promote cooperation and concrete projects between organizations operating around the Baltic Sea Region and throughout Europe.
Our mission is to create and enhance international cooperation networks between citizens, researchers, experts, authorities and businesses in their efforts to identify new partnerships and activities with added value.
We ensure brainstorming and managing international projects with confidentiality, transparency and a strong specialist competence. We provide strong experience and in-depth knowledge of the Baltic Sea Region cooperation and contact networks in various fields.
